Jason helped us through the getting-the-property ready for sale process efficiently with a list of minor improvements and mechanical items that needed to be completed prior to listing the house, and he provided thorough comparative analysis documents for pricing. His even temper made it easy to navigate family-isms. Jason is trustworthy, kind, knowledgeable, efficient, flexible and consistently responsive.

Jason helped me to set a good, fair, and reasonable price and ultimately it sold for very close to that amount. He gave me good advice along the way and his team held several open houses, which helped to increase the home's exposure. I would recommend him and his team if you are interested in buying or selling. I was previously contacted by someone from a different company in another area of Pittsburgh but I'm glad that I chose a local person. He has had many transactions in this area (eastern suburbs). I think that was a big factor for me, in addition to the fact that we have the same values and beliefs. You owe it to yourself to at least give Jason a chance to meet with you to discuss your goals. If you do that, I'm pretty sure that you will end up hiring him to represent you, whether selling or buying.

Since we couldn't always be present in person, he provided detailed video walkthroughs of multiple properties, allowing us to make informed decisions. Everything went fairly smoothly and advice was given after the offers came in '"as to the high bids pending multiple inspections versus the lower bids requiring some inspections or no inspections. Then I made my decision based on the information provided to me and selected a buyer.
